I'm Jason Drees from Jason Drees Coaching and today I'm going to talk about the almighty comfort zone, the resistance points that arise within it, and how to use these points for personal growth.
This may seem contradictory because we are constantly being told that growth cannot happen in our comfort zone. But think about it - the places where we feel most comfortable, such as our relationships, are also where our most significant resistance points occur.
For instance: we often base how we feel on how our partners react. This leads to arguments, which are never fun, but can help strengthen our relationship.
