How many times have you told yourself that you’re going to wake up early tomorrow to work out? And then when tomorrow comes, you hit the snooze. Then it happens again and again as you stray further and further away from your fitness goals. 

 

We often think it’s a mindset problem. We excuse it on mental toughness, or rather, our lack of it. When really, all it is is a decision. And many of us know that the way we do one thing is the way we do everything. The breakthrough is in action. 

 

Today’s guest is Brad White. Brad is a seasoned businessman and leader, having led numerous companies throughout his career. As the founder of his own company, he is always looking for opportunities to improve himself and his performance. Though he has never been coached outside of sports, he is open to new ideas and insights that can help him grow. One of his biggest challenges is his health, and he sets goals each year to improve it, but feels he often falls short. In 2023, he is focusing on mindset blocks that are holding him back from achieving his health goals and hopes to break through those barriers to achieve greater success. Today I support him in doing just that.
