By providing your mobile phone number to us, you opt in and consent to receive text messages from us, which includes but is not limited to text messages sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services from us. If you do not wish to receive marketing text messages, do not provide us with your mobile phone number.

We use Personal Information to register you with JDC and the Site, to evaluate you with regard to the services that JDC provides, to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services. We may also use your Personal Information to verify identity, assist with identification of users, and to determine appropriate services. We may from time to time use your Personal Information to send you automated email messages, text messages (message and data rates may apply), or materials regarding our services, including employment information. We may have received your personal information from other persons if that person has referred you to JDC as a possible client for JDC services.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.  If we do combine non-personal information with Personal Information the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.

JDC’s Site and emails may use “cookies” and other technologies including but not limited to, pixel tags and web beacons.  We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non‑personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Children

JDC understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially online. The Site covered by this Privacy Statement is not intentionally designed for or directed at children under the age of 13 years. It is JDC policy never to knowingly collect or maintain personal information about children under the age of 13.
